CGN208-D Semi-Automatic Capsule Filling Machine is an upgraded model developed from the DTJ-C capsule filling machine.
Compared with the previous model, the machine simplifies capsule feeding, orientation, and vacuum separation operations while improving capsule loading efficiency. The newly designed capsule orientation assembly adopts cylindrical pin positioning, reducing mold replacement and adjustment time from approximately 30 minutes to 5–8 minutes.
The machine integrates electrical and pneumatic control, automatic counting, PLC control, and variable frequency speed regulation. It is designed to reduce manual operation and labor intensity and is suitable for small and medium-sized pharmaceutical manufacturers, pharmaceutical research institutions, and hospital preparation rooms.
